Does anyone know where one can access the early (1840+) church registers. They are not on the Family History web site.

I was able to obtain 1861 marriage records for St Peter in Chains via Trent Valley Archives. There was a small fee and they sent me two baptismal records and a marriage record. I initally called them and they took a quick look to see if they had information I was looking for. I then sent them a check for their time. Don't recall what the fee was. Hope this helps.

Okay, I'm not totally awake and re read you post. I ordered in the microfilm from LDS, Peterborough Kara has the microfilm and would do a look up for a fee.(or they used to), Good luck. Any relation to Olive Doran?
