Searching for descendants of SARAH DARBY and LOW BALDOCK, who lived in Toronto township, Peel County in 1850's to 1900's. Their chidren were: Sarah Ann married to John Wedgewood, Elizabeth married to A.F. Campbell, Walter married to Mary Jane Westlake, William married to Sarah Shaw, Mary Jane married to George Peirson, Minnie married to William Savage, Hannah married to John Dunn. Sarah DARBY is a sister to my ancestor Elizabeth DARBY married to Bryan Barker. Other siblings were Agnes married to William B. Hopkins, Jane married to George Cooper, John James and Fanny married to Addison Prout

I am decended from George Peirson and Mary Jane Baldock.
The line goes like this: Norm Trueman son of Lorne Trueman and Beatrice Clapperton. Lorne Trueman son of Roy Trueman and Myrtle Peirson. Myrtle Peirson daughter of George Peirson and Mary Jane Baldock. Mary Jane Baldock daughter of Low Walter Baldock and Sarah Darby. My info on Low Baldock and his wife Sarah is very limited. Low was born in 1812, died in 6 March 1869. Sarah was born 1828 in Ireland, died in 24 december 1879. My info also shows ten sibiling for Low and Sarah. Would like to hear from you.

Somehow I missed your post, as my computer has crashed over the summer. I would like to share information with you as I am a descendant of Eliza Darby (born in 1834 in Ireland) , a sister to Sarah Darby who married Low Baldock. Eliza Darby married Brian Barker around 1855 in Peel County ( have not found the marriage record), and in the 1861 census, they were living in Etobicoke township, York County. In 1862, the Barker family moved to Logan township, Perth County. Eliza Darby's parents were John Darby and Elizabeth Harris. I have information about other siblings, and would like to share with you.

Hello, I am a decendant of David Wedgewood and Margaret Moore (Derry West). John Wedgewood (married to Sarah Baldock) was his brother. I have pictures of the farming folks of this era, can't identify all of them. Could you recognize John and Sarah's family if you saw them?

I have not seen any photos of the Baldock family or decendants, save for one photo, which was identified as Mrs. Baldock and her daughters. But I would like to see any photos you might have of Sarah Baldock Wedgewood, to see if there is a family resemblance to my great grandmother Mary Jane Barker who was a first cousin of Sarah's. I believe that my gt grandmother's sister, Caroline Emily Barker lived in Toronto area maybe with some Baldock relatives in the mid 1890's.

By the way, My gt grandmother Mary Jane Barker married John Moore of Hibbert township, Perth County in 1886.
