I would think that Abraham
Faulkner jr would be Abraham's son but there is a Abraham under Edward Faulkner but I will check to see if I can find the marriage to Isabella Hardy to find out the parents.

After receiving your reply I went back to the 1851 Uxbridge Twp census and I think I have answered my own question, and may even have come up with the parents of Edward. Abram sr age 72 married to Jemima. Supposition 3 sons: Abraham jr age 34 m to Jane, Edward age 32 married to Rachel (Blakie), and James age 46 married to Jemima. And to add to the confusion: Abrahm Jr had sons named Abraham and Edward, Edward had sons Abraham, Edward and James, and James had a son James. This last combination has pretty much confirmed for me that James & Jemima moved to Fenelon twp, Victoria Co., probably about the same time that Edward and his sons moved to Eldon Twp a few miles further north.

My White's....Susannah Faulkner d/o Abraham Faulkner and Jemima Wilknson had a sister, Mary Martha who married Francis DeRusha. My Susannah married Phillip White,he is related to the notorious Lorenzo White.(Just exactly how is yet to be determined, working on that with his descendent.) The children of Phillip and Susannah definitely had a preference for marrying the Faulkner side. Their son Abraham married Martha Jane Faulkner d/o Edward Faulkner(s/o Abraham F and Jemima Wilkinson..brother of Susannah F)and Racheal Jane Blakey(d/o Thomas Blakey and Delilah Avery) Their daughter Francis married Abraham John Faulkner(s/o Abraham who also the s/o Abraham F and Jemima W).
l can reached at rvw2006@sympatico.ca. l also have 2 trees at the Heritage site...have to get back to you on the names cos'for the life of me l can't remember what they are lol

John Terry was married to Jane (christened Jean) Ferguson, daughter of William and Mary Ferguson of Quaker Hill, Uxbridge. She was definitely alive in 1860. Jane had a sister Janet who married my great great grandfather Squire Davis. More details via www.stephenheeney.com

I would like to know if the Whites of Uxbridge are related to TP aka Truman White, who settled in Whitevale, now part of Pickering, born about 1825

thanks
Andrea
