Don't see anything on Frances or Catherine after 1871 census. Did not find a death registration for them.
On looking at Kate's death rego, the information was given by her son. Perhaps he didn't know or remember his grandfather's name and also says he was b France
Annie Nadoos marriage rego gives father as William Nadoo.
Charles Henry Nadoo's death rego gives father as William [born Ontario].
1891 and 1881 Catherine is a widow, father b Que, mother Ont. On the same census [1891] the children living with her give parents as both b Ontario.
