Hi, I would be interested to know if anyone would know where Thomas Phillip Reddicen was buried
he died in Muskoka Free Hospital on July 14th 1917, He died of tuberculosis. on his patient records it just says buried in Gravenhurst, i appreciate that there are quite a few graveyards in Gravenhurst but any help would be much apppreciated. This trooper came from my Home Town of Middleton, Lancashire, England, and would really like to honour his passing. http://www.canadiangreatwarproject.com/searches/soldierDetai...

I couldn't find a headstone for him in Muskoka and all the cemeteries have been filmed in the district.
The only one I found in Gravenhurst is call the Mickel Memorial Cemetery on what used to be called the San Road.
He is likely buried there but no headstone. The cemetery should have burial information.
He maybe just had a wooden cross with his name on it which has since rotted away.
Would the War Department have any information?

Thank you very much for your time, i will try to find more information from other sources but like you said probably just a wooden marker, i imagine there would have been quite a few deaths around that time and probably no relations to look after the grave.
