My ggggrandparents were married in Niagara, Lincoln County on Jan. 1, 1828.
Witnesses were James Fitzgerald and Michael Finlan. From the records of
St. Vincent de Paul RC parish records, 1827 – 1834, I found the following:
"At St. Catharines, 8 Aug 1830, Baptized Michael, b. 10 April 1830, s/o Thomas MURPHY & Mary FINLAN, sponsors - Michael O'CONNOR & Jane McKEIFER".
I am looking for any information on the Murphy and Finlan families who lived in that area. Help of any kind will be gratefully accepted.
