Michail MORRISEAU, born around 1830,married Sarah KEECHEBIASHIK (an Indian of the Long Sault band #1).They had a daughter Mary MORRISEAU.Born April 20,1858 in Lake of the Woods.Died November 1943 and is buried in Fort Frances, Ontario. She married Joseph Norbert GODIN on February 26,1878 in the Notre-Dame-du-Portage Church in Rat Portage (now Kenora).I have a copy of the information taken from the Church Registers.Joseph GODIN was born November 16,1850 in Trois Rivieres, Quebec. He died March 17,1925 and is buried in Fort Frances,Ontario.Joseph and Mary GODIN had 11 children.George, Thomas, Marguerite Sophie, Xavier, Josephine, Philip, Arthur, Michele, Edwardina, Norbert J., and Mary.
George GODIN was born April 14,1889 in Kenora,Ontario.He died in 1967 in Rainy River,Ontario.He married Mary Jane MORRISON who was born March 16,1891 in Wheelers Point,MN.
George and Mary GODIN had 11 children.
