Patrick Sullivan died 1890, his widow Ellen Sullivan {nee Conlin} died 1909, both are buried at Catholic Cemetery, Mount Carmel. Is there some way i can verify their names on an Index to Deaths, that a death cert is on file, so that i might order such document, and from what address, and what fee is currently charged for death cert.
