Answering from Chatham On. Husband's family is as above. Willing to share interests. I had Julianna's name as Romer -was it originally ending with "ain"? I lack many spouses down through the generations. Maybe we can help each other. Treena

Possibly. But doubtful Quick is a direct descendent. Still working on this. My direct Fox line to Benedict Fuchs (name change with Phillip Fox immigration). The direct female side includes Julianna Wigle. I am still reviewing a history of Essex via Canada's Local histories online. Perhaps one of us will discover a connection. Pat

Which Fox and Quick are you looking for?? Can you be a little more specific??
Although I only have one Fox that is married to a Quick in my database, I think I may have reference to others in my notes.
Will be glad to go through my notes when I can if I have a better idea who you are looking for.

Betty

I am trying to find the births of four sons and a daughter of Charles fox (b1781 in Suffolk) and his wife Lucy (b1782 in Essex). All records say that their children were born in Shenfield but there are no Fox refs in parish records. The family moved to London 1820ish.
If anyone can shed light on this I'd be grateaful. They are
Charles T Fox b 1806
Henry W Fox b 1808
George Smallpiece Fox b 1810
Lucy Fox b11812
Stephen Fox b 1816
