Hello: I am searching for my Grandfather's birthdate so I can complete the Native Status applications. Does anyone recognize his name he was married to Violet Pearl Sisson my Grandmother who was born in March 23, 1909. They had 4 boys, 2 died of pneumonia very young.
My Grandmother Violet Pearl Sisson went on to marry William Gammon and then Henry Moore.
The children all born from the 1st marriage are William George Wilson 1925, Robert John Wilson 1926, Hugh Wilson(?), Harold Albert Wilson(?). Robert and Hugh are both dead but I do not have any information about them.
My Father William George Wilson married Annie Marie Good had 6 children, 4 of which were of his blood line. Because my Grandmother was a Mohawk Indian her last name Sisson may be spelled differently than what I think.

Your help would be very much appreciated as I have been working on this for a very long time now, and feel just a mis spelling of a name may bring me to the dead ends I seem to be running into all the time. Her residence at one time was Deseronto, also Kingston, and of course she probably at some point lived as a young girl on a reservation with her family.
