I took a look at my Elizabethtown early census index and found that Catherine was there in 1801 so she was older than other records showed she was.
In 1801 there are the parents Linus & Mary, with children Mary, Russel, Nathaniel & Caty.
They don't appear in 1802 or 1803.
In 1804 the surname is FIELD. The parents are Lynus and Mary, with children Martha, Rossel, Nathan and Mary.
In 1807 the names were separated into columns for males and females, with the parents at the top of each column. They were listed as FIELDS. Males: Linus (father), Russel, "Theosilies", Truelove. And for the females: Mary (mother), Martha, Caty, Mary.
1807 was the last census to name the family members.
There is at least one other Field/Fields family there that early if you need info on them.
It is possible that the son "Russel/Rossel" was actually named Roswell, which is often pronounced "Rozel". His marriage record, however, has the spelling Russell. The other Field family there has a son Roswell.
