The Township Papers are indeed a wonderful ressource, but they can be hit or miss. They are arranged by the name of the township, and within each township by concession and lots.
They are available via Inter-Library Loan from the Archives of Ontario. Their website has a list by township including the microfilm numbers.
http://www.archives.gov.on.ca/en/microfilm/crown_land_townsh...For exemple, for Augusta township, the microfilm numbers are MS 658 reels 22 to 25, and for South Gower MS 658 reels 164 and 165.
The Township papers are also available from ILL from LDS in Salt Lake. If you search the familysearch catalog for microfilm under keyword "township papers" The main author is Ontario. Crown Lands Department. They are also listed by township names and you can order films you need. The reels don't match the AO numbers.
If you live in the US, it is probably easier to order from LDS in Salt Lake.
Some genealogical societies have transcribed Township Papers for their area, but I don't think this has been done for your area.
Good luck.
