I am search of info. on Charlotte Ann Watson born 1851 and married William Henry Welch from Elgin County, Ontario. She later married Alf Cushman before her death in 1933.
I don't know Charlotte's exact date of birth, nor her parents.
If anyone has any possible connections to Charlotte Watson from Elgin County, any info. would be greatly appreciated.
