Rosanna Hamilton was the wife of James Vanvelsor. In rereading Houses of Elgin James's name was mentioned. In Southwold 1861 Rosanna, 86, widow, was on page 39 of the real Census
Rosanna Hamilton Vanvelsor was the sister of my Henry Hamilton and Mary Rice, parents of Ruth Hamilton that married John Clark.
I am searching any information of this family to tie it in with my Rachel Clark married to William Peter Jones.
