Looking for information as to who was Ann McKellar of Southwold, who was involved in a relationship with the elder brother William Henry Moody, of my grandmother Gertrude (Moody) Smith of St. Thomas and Brantford.
William Henry Moody left money and property in his will (he died 7 Aug 1943) to Ann McKellar, which resulted eventually in a court case brought by William's wife (Victoria Evans) and son Cuthbert. The case was settled in 1947.
