Its been a busy time for me the past couple years. I wasnt sure if you were still working on the family.
That was a great find! I just starting again myself. By the way this post is for all to share, Bernard and I had worked on this line a few years ago.
I went to the Warner cemetery last month and most of the stones are missing. Margaret Precoor born August 10, 1809 and died Oct 13, 1885 married Christian Warner Jr. March 21 1831.
Her stone is still there and readable.
Julia Pecure who I am sure is a Precoor and Margaret's sister is buried in the same cemetery. She was born in 1813, Ontario and died September 11 1865. She went by the name of Sarah and married William Stewart of St. Davids.
This summer I am going to see if the Niagara On The Lake townhall has a map of the plots and check for more of the family that may be there without a stone, who may of died before civil registration.
