Hello. Have you made any more progress on this family in the last couple of years? I just found the message, and I do have some information for you.
Pasko Hoskin and Joan Cock were married 11-Sep-1761 in Tintagel. Their children were:
1. Thomas Slogget, baptised 18-May-1762. (I believe he married Elizabeth Parsons, as you noted above, but I don't have any more evidence for that marriage than you do.)
2. Mary, baptised 25-Oct-1763 in Tintagel. Married 8-Apr-1782 to John Avery.
3. Phillipa, baptised 6-Oct-1766 in Tintagel. Married 14-Jul-1798 to Joseph Gard.
4. Joan, baptised 5-Jun-1770 in Tintagel. Presumably died before the birth of...
5. Joan/Johanna, baptised 24-Sep-1777 in Tintagel. Died 21-Apr-1751. Married 4-Jul-1801 to John Bonney.
I have the wills of Pascho and Joan. Pascho's mentions his wife Joan, his dau'ter Joan Boney and her husband John Boney, his grand-dau'ter Mary Boney, his dau'ter Philippa Gard and her husband Joseph Gard, his dau'ter Mary Avery and her husband John Avery, and lastly his son Thomas Hosking (who received the rest and residue of the estate, and was named executor). Joan's mentions the same sons and dau'ters (but not spouses), and the same grand-dau'ter. Joan Boney received the rest and residue, and was named executrix.
Pascho Hoskin was the son of Pascho Hoskin and Mary Browne. (Not to be confused with the later couple with the same names, who you mentioned earlier.) They married 28-Feb-1738/9 (i.e. 11-Mar-1739 by the modern calendar) in Tintagel. They had at least seven children, but Pascho (baptised 11-Feb-1741/2 in Tintagel) is the only one I have marriage/descendant information for. The elder Pascho died intestate in 1762, and his son Pascho was appointed administrator of his estate. Mary likewise died intestate (some time between 1755 and 1760).
Joan Cock was the dau'ter of William Cock and Phillippa Sloggat (hence young Thomas's middle name). They married 3-Nov-1734 in Lanteglos by Camelford. They had nine children, of whom only five survived in 1764 (her father's will, written that year, gives that number). Joan was baptised 21-Feb-1737/8 in St. Teath, and the other children between 1738 and 1754 in the same place. I have Phillippa's will. It mentions her husband William Cock, Philp Brown of Trewethet, her dau'ter Margaret and her husband Thomas Dannon, her dau'ter Joan and her husband Pascho Hoskin, the children (unnamed) of Margaret and Thomas Dannon, her grandson Thomas Sloggett Hoskin, and grand-dau'ters Phillippa Hoskin and Mary Hoskin.
Finally, I have identified three great-grand-parents for Thomas. Thomas Browne and Mary Burt of Minster, and John Cock of Lanteglos, all of whom I have wills for. (I also have the will of another Pascho Hoskins -- "Pascho Hoskins the younger" -- who was married to Mary Browne's sister Catherine.)
I have more information if you would like to share.
