Van Camp Family in Matilda Township, Dundas. Can anyone look up baptism records?

I am researching the Van Camp family who settled in Matilda Township, Dundas in the 1790s. They were given land as American Loyalists during the American Revolution. My three-times great grandmother, was Katherine (or Catherine) Van Camp was born 20 August 1813. Her parents were Peter Van Camp and Rhonda Brundage. Is there anyone who is able to try to look up a possible baptism record for my ancestor? I believe them to be Methodist based on marriage records I've found of some siblings. I do not know the names of churches in the area that would have existed at the time. Even assistance on where to go for that would be helpful. Thank you!
Kathy

You can try http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wjmartin/w... or http://bowergenealogy.ca/resources/lutheran/ Both have some listings for Van Camp or Camp although not for your ancestor.
