Thank you for the look up - I have this information already and this is how I've found out that John Scott was living with who I am assuming are his grandmother Mary Johnson and his uncle John Johnson. I also have all of the other available Canadian census information for John Scott and Mary Johnson. I'm trying to make the leap into Scotland as I do not know exactly where in Scotland John Scott came from.
