Seeking any information document or anecdotal on Alex Lambert (Achille Alexandre Lambert) b.1871-d.1957.
He lived from the 1920's until his death in Searchmont Ontario. In his last years a woman named Hannah Spring lived with him.

Massey, Algoma District.

Only reference found to that name.

Albertine Larue is my maternal Grandmother and I have the church and provincial record of her marriage to my step grandfather Alex Lambert. There is however little or no info on his life. Older family members have said he lied about his name and age. Just fishing for more info on his life.

If their ages were right in 1912, Lambert was b 1888, and she 1892.

I have finally started to get interested in just where my grandfather's history, so if you want to check on my message boards you may find it interesting. He definitely was a Dubois, so it was difficult making the leap from that to Lambert. There are still 10 years unaccounted for, but we are getting closer I hope.
