I have a bit more information to add:
The Argyle Municipality Historical & Genealogical Society publishes a quarterly newsletter titled ‘The Argus’. In the last 4 issues there has been a continuing article about houses in Rockingham aka Kemptville. Contained in the article is some information on the Grays. Miner Gray was the son of George Gray and Eunice Mood. Minor married twice and his first wife died in 1886. All children were from his first marriage. Miner owned property in Rockingham from about 1864 to 1905 when he died. The property passed to his son Stillman.
From a book I have on Yarmouth N.S., Miner’s second wife, Elizabeth Andrews, was likely Elizabeth Trefry, d. Joshua, who first married John Andrews, s. Robert Andrews and Mary Powell.
