Thank you so much for the look ups. On the deaths, I'm inclined to put Roswell,the son instead of the father with the death date just because it says single. I think I have found him in the 1880 census with a shoemaker in Lynn, Massachusetts; but the father must have died about that time as well. Lyman, Rosetta and Miranda are in the 1891 Census in British Columbia and Joanna and Lillian join them by the end of 1891 to 1892 according to the 1901 Census. Things are getting too confused.
