The New Glasgow Evening News, Wednesday, February 18, 1987 - BADDECK - Mrs. Ralph Pinaud, Baddeck, died Tuesday in Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck. Born in Canso, she was the former Mary Kathleen Sullivan, daughter of the late Joseph L. and Margaret (Hanlen) Sullivan. She taught school in Baddeck and served as assistant inspector of schools in Antigonish County for several years. She was a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and Mount Saint Vincent University. She was a member of St. Michael's Church, Baddeck, and CWL. She is survived by her husband, Ralph, Baddeck; two sons, John, North Sydney; Ralph, Lower Sackville; five grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister and three brothers. The remains are resting in MacAskill's Funeral Home, Baddeck. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Michael's Church. Interment will be in parish cemetery. Donations may be made to Nova Scotia Heart Fund or any charity.
