New Glasgow - Miss Almyra Violet Pushee, 82, of Glen Haven Manor, formerly of 296 Marsh St., died Thursday at the manor. Born in Marshy Hope, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Margaret (Cameron) Pushee. She lived for many years in Massachusetts, and returned to Nova Scotia in 1968. She was a member of Barney's River Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two brothers, Ernest, Los Angeles, and Laurence, Kemptville, Ont., and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters, Henrietta, Katherine, Janet and Marguerite, and four brothers, Milton, George, John and William H. The remains are resting at the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow, from where funeral service will be held Saturday, at 2 p.m., with interment in the Glen Bard Cemetery.
