I copied the document. Here it is: (pg 31, number 1001)
To all whom this may concern know ye that we Samuel & Betty Nye of Tolland in Tolland County and state of Connecticut, for the Consideration of the sum of Twenty pounds lawfull Money of said state, do by these presents bargain & sell unto Abraham Webster of Cornwallis in Kings County & Province of Nova Scotia one certain piece or parcel of Dike land lying in the upper Dike on the North side of the River Carnar with a piece of upland adjoining the same it being one half of a Dike lot formerly belonging to Samuel Bruster of Cornwallis Deceas'd which was set off to his youngest Daughter Betty Brewster (But Now Betty Nye) the other half was set off to Abigail Bruster her Sister Now belonging to John Burbidge To Have & To Hold the above mentioned piece or parcel of land with all the privileges & appurtanances thereunto belonging unto Him the said Abraham Webster his heirs & afsigns forever to his & their own providence Benefit & Bhoof and also we the said Samuel & Betty Nye, do for our selves our heirs And afsigns covenant with the said Abraham Webster his heirs & afsigns that at & until the Ensealing of these presents we are well seized of the same as a good Estate - And have A good right to Dispose of the same as above said, furthermore we the said Saml. & Betty Nye do by these presents bind ourselves & our Heirs to warrant secure & Defend the above granted piece or parcel of land unto him the said Abraham Webster his heirs and afsigns forever free and clear from any claims or Demand whatsoever In Witnefs whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this Eighteenth day of April one thousand seven hundred & Ninety one
