Hello -

I have a James W. Warren. We presume the W. is William, because his son is James William Warren. James W. Warren was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 1814 or 1815. He married Mary Hobson in 1839 in Philadelphia, PA, had 6 children, and died in a horrific train accident Oct. 5, 1852, age 37. I do not know when he came over from Nova Scoita, just that it must have been before 1839.

Their children were

James W. Jr. (died at age 5)
Thomas C.
Henry L.
Benjamin Franklin
James William (my line)
