Is anyone doing research or related to the families of Hull, Cooke, and Pyle who settled in Guysborough County around 1785 as part of the Loyalists from Connecticut, USA. I am a descendant of Samuel Hull and would love to hear from anyone descended from any of these families. Thanks for your help.

Hi Mary,
I have a few Hulls that married into my Sangster Line in New Harbor, Nova Scotia around that time.

I know it is quite a while since you posted your 'Loyalists' mesage, but I am relatively new to this game and have found a connection to John Sangster who married Isabella Fraser 5 Feb 1804. If you have anything more about them and their family I would appreciate hearing from you. Also, I believe Joseph Sangster's wife was Margaret Mann. Do you have any data on her?

I am trying to get in touch with Valerie McDonald who nine years ago posted questions about the family of Joseph Sangster who settled in Guysborough/Manchester in 1784, two of his children married Leet daughters. I am a descendant of a niece of the Leets. If you have information on this family, please contact me directly: susan@susandoreydesigns.com.

Thank you!
