I don't know. I get no snippit. On my conputer I get the full reports for several years with 1874 being one of the reports.

Do you live in the United States?
If so, I could mail the pages to you for a $1 and a SASE.

im in Australia unfort. Are you able to use something like: http://www.techsmith.com/jing/ or the print screen command on the computer and paste it as a jpeg of those pages?

I tried to copy it but I was unable to do so. They seem to have it fixed such that one can not copy and paste the pages.

Nova Scotia’s mine fatalities for the period 1838-1992, are posted by name on the Nova Scotia Archives web site: http://novascotia.ca/archives/virtual/meninmines/fatalities....
Some of the “accident causes” are incomplete, and better descriptions may be found in the annual reports or in a newspaper article.

My Nova Scotia mining accident database only covers reports for fatal and nonfatal accidents 1869 and 1871-1916.
