From 1851 on, Henry (George?) and John Mathias Robinson lived side by side.
Henry was born in 1816 in NS (one record says Parrsboro). He married Eliza Harriet Cove d/o Thomas Cove and Phoebe Boultenhouse of NS. She was born about 1815. I don't know if Thomas moved to Amherst or if only his children moved there but it seems her sister Abigail married George Miner and also lived in Shediac.
John Robinson was born about 1824 in NS. He married Mary Hannington and then Jane Amos.
It looks like they are probably brothers and it has been suggested they may be sons of Edmund Robinson and Mary Marchant Rand but I haven't seen any sons named Edmund or Edward for these two.....unless there was some sort of falling out.

Surnames: Boultenhouse Cove Miner Robinson
I can add a bit to the "Amherst connection" that you mentioned:
You mentioned the marriage of Abigail Amelia Cove to George Miner in Amherst. Abigail's brother (William Cove) married Elizabeth Miner in Amherst. The marriage bond was taken out on Feb. 11, 1844 and the marriage occurred on Mar. 10, 1844.

Do you recall where you learned about the marriage of Henry Robinson to Eliza Harriet Cove?

BTW: Harriet was, indeed, born in 1815 as you thought. Here birth is registered in the Township Book for Horton, Kings Cty.:
Thomas Cove and Phebe Reid married 20 Dec. 1810 and have issue:
Mary born 21 Dec. 1811
Abigail born 9 Feb. 1813
Harriet born 7 May 1815
William born 5 April 1817
Richard born 18 April 1819
Ann born 2 April 1821

Thank you. I had seen Willliam's marriage but I was uncertain if they were the same families.
I was recently given the date for Henry and Eliza's marriage. They were married in Amherst.
