Just going through some old messages and I wondered if you found anything on your John William Morrison. My grandmother was a Katie Ann Morrison who was decendant of Archibald Morrison and Mary McDonald from Loch Lomond and their were connections with folks in St. Esprit. My cousin Ross McKay is a very knowledgeable genealogist who lives in N.S. and knows a great deal about the families in the area. If you haven't been in touch with him he may be able to fill in some blanks. If you haven't found the obit for John William Morrison and he died in B.C. let me know and when I'm digging around in the library I can see if I can find anything on it for you. Any more information that you have re location/date would be helpful of course.
