Surnames: Hunter, Campbell
Hello everyone! William A Hunter was a widower in Nova Scotia, born 1873, working as a post master. His wife died between 1917 and 1920- 1920 being the year he and his family immigrated to Boston Mass,. and 1917 being the year his youngest was born. He lived on Hunters Mountain in Cape Breton, which may or may not have been named for his family. His children include Annie, (my ancestor,) Mason, Mabel, Gertrude, Lina, Willard, and Neil. They all immigrated through the Port of St. John in New Brunswick. Their closest relative in the US is listed as William's sister, Mrs. H Campbell. All I know is above. Would be wonderful to find a common connection or more information.

Great info! Thank you so much! So it would seem that William A Hunter died back in NS? Curious how he didn't stay in the states! John W and Colie E don't appear on the St. Immigration Form, (from which I gathered the other sibling names.)With a 5 year gap between Colie and Mason, the oldest sibling who made the trip, it makes you wonder if there were any more children. So good to know about these two!!

Thank you again!! :)
