Wilfred and Gertie were frequent visitors to my grandparents, as Wilfred was cousin to both of them and quite near the same age. I don't remember Gertie, but definitely do remember Wilfred quite well. One of their sons, Bill, I think, lived in California quite near my aunt and uncle.
