I am searching for information on my great grandparents who lived in St. John's, Newfoundland. They had 7 children: Nina Julia Claudia Evans, b. 8/31/1897 who married my grandfather, Edward Lawrence Bertaux b. 6/18/1898 in Deep Brook, Nova Scotia; Harold Evans who married a Jennie ?; George Evans who married and moved to central Canada, perhaps Toronto; James Evans Jr. who married Alma and lived in Detroit, Michigan; William Evans who married Louise and lived in Victoria, BC; Agnes Evans who married Walter Stanley Garland and had two girls, Ruth and Phyllis; and Alice Maud Evans b. 3/28/1888 who married Walter Ebsary b. 9/20/1882 and had no children. I anyone has or knows anything about these people, please let me know. I have not been able to find anything more than what my mother told me. I wish I had asked more questions of my grandparents but at that time, I was not into genealogy. I love it though. Thank you.
