My great-great grandmother was Ellen BUCKLE who married Dr.Joseph ADAMSON in Hedon Yorkshire England 6-13-1818 and emigrated to Canada in about 1822. She was born in Hedon 6-27-1798 to Thomas BUCKLE and Mary HOLLINGWORTH who married at Saint Peter, Leeds, Yorkshire on 4-7-1785. Siblings included:Mary (1786),Jane (1787), Jane #2 (1788), and George (1790).Do you have these folks on your list? Do you know who her grandpareents were & who her siblings married? Thank you! My grandfather is a buckles. Once married to my grandmother a stockley/thomas. I have some information about how we got here. What were you looking for and what could you share?

I`m Phil buckle, my father was Jesse J Buckle of Portsmouth Ohio. His dad was Jesse J. Buckle sr. There were from West Virginia. Dads brothers and sisters are Elmo, Paul, Nancy, Dorthy, Gee and Lala.

I realize I am a replying to an old message, but hope your e-mail is still active.
My grandmother was Clara Belle Wells, born Sept 1, 1881 - daughter of John Wells b 1848 and Emma (Amy) Stone b 1849 Trinity Bay, Nfld.
They had 9 children in all - Susanna, Elizabeth, Janet, Clara, Henry Robert. Sarah Elizabeth, Sophia Day, William, Martha.
Any connection?
