Looking for info on either of these families. They probably married in the 1920's.

Hi,

I am interested in any Cheeseman info you have from Rushoon, Burin, NF. My husband's great grandmother was Margaret Cheeseman b abt 1880 Rushoon, NF d aft 1930 Staten Island, NY she married John Patrick Walsh b 1881 father was Thomas Walsh and Sarah Molloy.

I have no other Cheeseman names to help. I do have a pictures though. I am doing a family scrapbook album and am including as much genealogy as I can get.

Please email me direct, because I don't check all of these boards often.

ann died , he married lucretia miller. they had a son named phillip, abt. 1850. my uncle who was 96 last week told me he remembers (uncle philly) when he would visit my grandmother, who was a chesseman from rushoon. obviously it is not the same phillip you refer to, but it is the same line.

So I guess I must be a half cousin of some sort. Yeah, I think that my family came from John and Ann Gaulton. Pretty amazing, big family.

My sister and I want to take a trip there to visit one day.
