I am seeking help to try and piece together this early McCorquindale family in New Brunswick. Here are some disjoined facts that I have managed to find so far: Thomas McCorquindale marrried Helen Temple on the 18 January 1817 in Canonbie, Dumfries, Scotland. The first two children, Elizabeth (1817-1817) and Alexander(1819-1844) were born in Canonbie, Dumfries, Scotland.There is a New Brunswick land grant petition in 1821 that is signed by Thomas McCorquindale, among others. Three of the sons were drowned in three separate incidents. Barbara married James Black Coulthard; Frances married Walter Caverhill; Robert married Mary Jane Graham; James married Phoebe Eliza Hall; and William married Agnes Unknown.

Does anyone know where the families went from here? Any help would be much appreciated.
