Hi, I'm looking for some information on my matrilineal gg grandmother, Mary (Flemming/Fleming) Purdy. She was born about 1807 in Northern Ireland. (Antrim I believe), she was married to Robert Purdy, b. abt 1801 also in Northern Ireland, and they both moved to St. John, NB, Canada. She died 24 Mar 1888 in Plymouth, NB, Canada (not sure if that's in the county of St. John), and Robert died in St. John (date unknown). What I'm wanting to know is Mary's parents, so I can try and trace her lineage back. I've found out that Robert's ancestors are connected to the Purdy's on my father's side of the family, (making my parents distant cousins). If anyone has any info or can tell me where to find Mary's family, I'd surely love to know. Thank you.
