Some additional info from old notes...

Martha (nee Miller) Branscombe's death was reported as 25th July 1860, in the Saint John Morning News of 15-Aug-1860 (Dan Johnson's Newspaper Vital Statistics at PANB), as follows:
"d. Sunday 25th July, First Range, Waterborough (Queens Co.) Martha BRANSCOMBE w/o Deacon Arthur BRANSCOMBE, age 75." The previously posted NBGS First Families file shows 16-Jul-1860.

Arthur first petitioned for land in Queens County in 1786.

Again, in 1796, in a petition along with the following:
. BARTON, ROGER
. BRANSCOMB, ARTHUR
. HUTCHINSON, MARMEDUKE
. LAMEREUX, JAMES
. LAMEREUX, JOSHUA
. MILLER, JOHN
. RAYNALDS, JACOB
. RAYNALDS, SAMUEL
. TERRILL, ANTHONY

Same or later one in 1796, with:
. BARTON, ANDREW
. BARTON, ROGER
. BARTON, WILLIAM
. BISSET, WILLIAM
. BRANSCOMB, ARTHUR
. BRANSCOMB, NATHANIEL (his son, most likely)
. KERN, MICHAEL
. LOMEREUX, ISAAC
. LOMEREUX, JAMES
. LOMEREUX, JOHN
. LOMEREUX, JOSHUA
. LUNT, JOHN
. MILLER, -----
. MILLER, ANDREW
. MILLER, JOHN
. PATTEN, THOMAS
. WALKER, MOSES
. WATERS, DANIEL
. WOOLF, COONROD
. WRIGHT, ARCHIBALD

And, in 1797, with son Henry:
. BRANSCOMB, ARTHUR
. BRANSCOMB, HENRY
. MOODY, STEPHEN

Perhaps a resubmission of one of the 1796 petitions, in 1801, with:
. ALLEN, AARON
. BRANSCOMB, ARTHUR
. BRANSCOMBE, NATHANIEL
. HUTCHISON, MARMADUKE
. LAMOREAU, ISAAC
. LAMOREAU, JOHN
. LAMOREAU, JOSHUA
. MILLER, ANDREW
. MILLER, JOHN
. REYNOLDS, JACOB
. SYPHER, LODEWICK
. TERRILL, ANTHONY

There was one other one shown, but dated 1818, so could be "Jr".

Others showing one Arthur or the other in 1814, 15, 23, 38, 50, and 58. Obviously, the ones made after 1825 were made by his son, or even a grandson.

First land grant found was on 02-Jan-1785, at Parr Town, Sunbury Co, grant number 70, page 39, but no acreage listed, as it was a re-registration from a grant granted on 14-Aug-1784. It was apparently a town or district grant, since there are over 1100 names on the grant.

on 10-Jul-1785, Arthur is on another grant list with just under 100, for land in Grand Lake Area of Sunbury County, receiving 200 acres.

on 16-Feb-1810, as Arthur Sr, along with Nathaniel and nine others, at Sunbury County, where Arthur Sr. was listed with 200 acres (additional to 1785?) and Nathaniel with 230 acres.

Later ones include one on 09/10-Jul-1824, at Waterborough for 200 acres, though might have been "Jr"

Then, most assuredly Arthur J., on 05-Nov-1839, for 100 acres in Chipman Parish.
