I have guessed, but I believe on good grounds, that Rebecca Ann Cain was a daughter of Rebecca Carpenter and Samuel Cain. The line-of-descent is something like:

98. REBECCA ANN CAIN b. ca. 1814-5, m. 19MAR1831 WILLIAM BELYEA (b. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB ca. 1795 (ca. 1806), baptized 26SEP1809), s/o John and Nancy (Heustis) Belyea.

Rebecca seems to have been a d/o:

9. REBECCA CARPENTER b. North Castle, Westchester Co., NY 31OCT1778, m. Long Island, Queens Co., NB by the Rev. Richard Clarke 5JAN1794 SAMUEL CAIN.
In Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB in the 1851 census was a family headed by John Cain (ca. 1798), with a wife 'Syble' (ca. 1823), and children 'Rebec' (17), John (15), Mary 'Syble' (12), Emeline L. (10), George William (7) and Elizabeth Ann (1). John Cain, m. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB by the Rev. Dr. Gray APR1833 Sybil Peck (Pike) [241] (b. ca. 1834), d/o William Charles and Rebecca (Green) Peck. In Wickham Parish, in 1861, 'Sibble' was a widow b. ca. 1814, with a son, George (17) and daughter, Elizabeth (12). Two households away was 'Archieulus' Cain (ca. 1805), with a wife, Thankful (ca. 1819) and daughter, Margaret (11 months).
Thomas Caine b. ca. 1811, m. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB by the Rev. Wilson NOV1836 Phoebe Heustis (b. ca. 1820). They were in Springfield Parish, Kings Co., NB in 1851. Children were 'Charls' (14), Mary (12), 'Willit (10), Margaret (8), 'Caelia' (6) and 'Jemimy' (3).
I assume That John, Archelaus and Thomas Cain were children of Rebecca and Samuel Cain.
Children:
91. SAMUEL GREEN CAIN.
92. WILLETT GREEN CAIN.
93. JOHN CAIN b. ca. 1798, m. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB by the Rev. Dr. Gray APR1833 SYBIL PECK [241] (b. ca. 1814 (ca. 1834?)), d/o William Charles and Rebecca (Green) Peck.
94. JEMIMA CAIN, m. Kings Co., NB 10FEB1825 RICHARD Y. TOWNSEND.
95. ARCHELAUS CAIN b. ca. 1801-5, d. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB 3OCT1886 age 84 years, m. THANKFUL A. _____ (b. ca. 1819).
96. THOMAS CAIN b. ca. 1808-11, d. JAN1882 age 74 years, buried Bayview-Hatfield's Point Cemetery, Kings Co., NB, m. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB by the Rev. Wilson NOV1836 PHOEBE HEUSTIS (b. ca. 1819-21, d. 11OCT1883 (OCT1882 on headstone) age 64 (63 on headstone) years, buried Bayview-Hatfield's Point Cemetery, Kings Co., NB).
98. REBECCA ANN CAIN b. ca. 1814-5, m. 19MAR1831 WILLIAM BELYEA (b. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB ca. 1795 (ca. 1806), baptized 26SEP1809), s/o John and Nancy (Heustis) Belyea.

Rebecca Carpenter was a daughter of:

ARCHELAUS CARPENTER (s/o Timothy and Pheobe (Coles) Carpenter) b. North Castle, Westchester Co., NY 23APR1734 (ca. 1733), d. Wickham Parish, Queens Co., NB 15JUL1810 age 77 years, m. REBECCA GOLDING (b. ca. 1736, d. Queens Co., NB 19DEC1811 age 76 years), d/o Thomas and Mary (Coles) Golding.
Archelaus is likely the Archelaus Carpenter, a freeholder of North Castle, Westchester Co., NY in 1763, a cordwainer (shoe maker).
Archelaus' mother, Phoebe Coles, is given as a d/o Samuel and Elizabeth (Albertson) Coles. 'Albertson' suggests the Alburtis/Burtis family.

Thomas.
