Here is how I see it.
Rachel Jonah married William Ogden Jan 3 1822
- there is a death of a William Ogden April 1 1828
After he died she married Duncan Campbell - Dec 17, 1829
After he died she married Moses Greeno - date unknown but before son William was born in 1849 at Campobello. Later they lived in Kempt Nova Scotia where there seems to be a number of Greeno families. She and William are in the 1871 and 1881 census there

If this William died in 1828 he is not the same one in the 1881 census you refer to. What place is that census for?
By the way, one of Rachel's cousins also married an Ogden from Sackville area
As for the Duncan Campbell you have from Charlotte Co. I would doubt it is the same one since Charlotte is in the far opposite corner (NW) of NB from Westmoreland/ and Albert. I have found that most often, people from this area tend to go either to Nova Scotia or to Massachusetts or Maine., since at that time there were few if any railways and most transportation was by ship. However it is definitely worth looking into this Duncan Campbell.
Thanks for the info and keep in touch if you discover any info - we need all the help we can get in this game!
