Luthrop PARKER living in St. George's Parish in 1861 census

Classification: Query
Surnames: PARKER, GOSS, MATHESON, BURGESS
I would like to find more info on the Luthrop PARKER who was a boarder in the household of Thorot or Thomas GOSS in the 1861 census. Mrs. GOSS was born Jane Matheson, dau. of Hugh MATHESON and Isabell ROBINSON, so no apparent PARKER connection there.

Luthrop PARKER was aged 65, born in Nova Scotia, a Presbyterian in 1861. That would make him born about 1796

The closest match I can find in Nova Scotia is Lathrop PARKER, son of Eliakim PARKER and Molly BURGESS. They married in Cornwallis, Kings Co., Nova Scotia in 1777. The 1865 BURGESS genealogy lists eight children for Eliakim and Molly: Thomas, Mercy, Abigail, Lathrop, Eunice, Daniel, Mary, and Eliakim. If the children were listed in birth order then Lathrop was likely born some time between 1784 and 1790. If the children were not listed in order, then the 1796 birthdate carries more weight.

So far I've failed to find any other mention of the above Luthrop PARKER. I wonder if he may be in Charlotte County along with one (or more) of his siblings. Does anyone have an "orphan" Parker born between 1778 and 1800 who possibly matches one of the above children of Eliakim and Molly?
