John Hanson had only two daughters in his family of 13, Elizabeth b. 1777 and Sarah b. 1787. Sarah married Isaac Young. They did not have a son Mark Turner Young.They had Mary Ann b. 1821, then two sons named Angus, a son David and a son John.That is indeed a mystery.
