I am seeking true info on Abiel,born 1816 in Hopewell Cape,NB and Mary Hoar, born 1818 in Hopewell Cape as well. They married in 1844 and lived in Demoiselle Creek and then Hillsborough. They had 8 children- Sarah L., Zillah, Emma D., John A., Norman( my grandfather),Nelson, Leonard, and Manning. It seems there is a mix up in families or some incorrect info on websites.
