I am researching the settling of the Boyne Settlement (now the Town of Carman and the Municipality of Dufferin) in Manitoba in the 1870s and 1880s. Most of the settlers came from Ontario and I would appreciate hearing from anyone whose ancestors moved to the settlement then and who can provide some information on their background.
