Surnames: Lane, Woodcock
Yes, to anyone who can help. I am looking for the Lane ~ Woodcock Family that lived in Marquette during the 1908- til I know for sure 1915.

I am helping my great aunt find her family. She is 90 years old so time is of the essence.

Ivon Henry Lane immigrated to Marquette, Manitoba, Canada 1901 from Gloucestershire, England after his mother passed away. He was accompanied by his sister Margaret Evelyn Lane. I already know what happens to Margaret and when she marries she comes to the U.S.

I am looking for Ivon Henry Lane:
16 Sep 1881 Northleach, Aldsworth, Gloucestershire, England
1901 Mother dies and is sent to live with Aunt in Marquette, Manitoba, Canada
1908 Marries Lottie Woodcock in Marquette, Manitoba
Lottie was born about 1891 in England
They have three children that I know of:
Violet Lane Born 1909 Marquette, Manitoba
John Lane Born 1912 Marquette, Manitoba
Maybel Lane Born 1915 Marquette, Manitoba

Ivon (Ivan) Henry Lane's Parents are:
Henry Lane and Annie E (last name unknown)

I do not know the name of the Aunt he stayed with or what side of the family she was from.

I am hoping that someone out there can help me.

Thank you!

This was posted on another thread:

From the Manitoba Morning Free Press, Winnipeg, Wednesday, October 3, 1900, page 9, under Deaths.

"AVERILL - Sept. 24th., at Minnedosa, from the effects of a fall from his horse at the gymkhana, on the 13th., William Pearey, youngest son of Octavius Averill, of Clanwilliam. Australian papers please copy."
William was 25 years old.

The contacts here are from a few years ago but maybe one of them can help you with Ivon Lane:
