Looking at the book online I would read Stella as Bill's Sister

George and Anne had 5 children:
Mary, John, Bill, Stella, Mike.

George's Son John had 5 children:
Mary, Florence, Christine, Victor, Elmer

This might be Bill's wife

BOYKO: The death of Mary Boyko occurred at her residence, Central Park Lodge, on Tuesday, January 3, 2006. Funeral arrangements are pending with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.
