Gladstone, Manitoba Information

Wondering if there are any records pertaining to the Land Settlement Plots given out in the 1920's in the Gladstone Area. Where the plots would be, size, etc. Even population of Gladstone at the time.
Family (Robert Dunn) was given a section of land there in 1926, and stayed for about 5-6 years before heading to British Columbia.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Sarah: Google "Soldier Settlement Board, Canada". I think this might be what you're referring to. Was Robert Dunn (or his sons) a soldier in WW1?. An act was passed by Parliament in 1917 to distribute certain lands to W.W.1 soldiers. I don't know if any records of the recipients still exist or are available, but possibly Library and Archives Canada could tell you, if you emailed them.
