Does anyone know anything about the Pearsons [Joseph and Ann Elizabeth] who had an Antique Store called "The Old House" at 1038 Fort Street until their deaths in 1979? Joseph died March 2, 1979 at age 89; Ann a few days after on March 11 at age 80. There was a terrible house fire in their home at 1256 Beach Drive. Apparently they also had a threate [not sure which]. They had no children and left much of their estate to charities like the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria [which also got a large collection of their china]. Any stories about them would be appreciated. But it is PHOTOS that are especially sought!

I couldn't find much on Joseph and Anne. I did come across two articles about the auction of their antiques and their contributions to the Art Gallery if you are interested.
