I am trying to find the family of Charles De Lautour born 1909 in Vancouver, he married Moyra Fessas in London England in 1944 and was a film producer. He died in Sussex England in 1982 aged 73. Does anyone know who his parents were or their family tree?

Searched the Provincial Archive of B.C. for a Marriage - to find Mabel's maiden surname. with 0 results.

Thanks, that's great. If Charles dropped his first name that would explain why I could not find him anywhere.
Mabel's full name was Mabel Knight Gostling, I have her marriage details in England.
How can I download a copy of the 1911 census?

Hi, some people prefer to use their middle name , rather than their first name - It appears that may have happened here .

I`ve just looked up death records for 1982. All I`ve found so far is an entry in the records of deaths registered July/Aug/Sept 1982 for Charles De Latour born around 1909. Death was registered in Lewes Sussex district:
Entry:- Volume 18 - Page 1091. I`ll investigate further both in civil & church records & see what I can find. Wish me luck!
