searching for this ancestor's obituary notice so I might discover the names of his direct family members and possibly how/where to contact them.
This Duncan was born in Muckairn, Argyll, the eldest son to Archibald & Marjorie (Buchanan) McCallum. I am a grandson to their 3rd son Archibald McCallum (1883-1967).
